If you still have an internet connection at home, then I would suggest signing up for Free World Dialup (fwd.com) and using a PC soft phone. You can call US toll free numbers for that for free - so you can get in tough with Vonage customer service at least. You could also get an IPKall phone number in Washington state to go with the FWD number so that customer service could at least call you back. That way you would be home to do what they suggest that you do to get the Vonage service going again. |

Is your ISP blocking Voip? That could be your problem - in which case Vonage won't work, nor will any other Voip carrier. Try out testyourvoip and see if the ports are blocked - if so, and if new - call (or e-mail, I suppose) your ISP and complain about it. If that is the trouble, it is not clear that Vonage customer service (or not) could do anything else for you. |

I think we all agree that Vonage customer service is often lousy. Now that that's out of the way, why don't you re-post this in the Voip forum. Include all the technical details listed in the sticky at the top of the forum. Maybe we can help you. |
