Tried a few times today too dial Canada today, one attempt too germany, two or three rings, then I get a recording that states too try again later. I tried too call canada earlier this morning, then about 10 min. ago I tried too call Germany, Lines still busy.......

You shouldn't have been charged for calls to Canada, as it's part of the free calling area.

are you by chance using the correct dialing sequence? It should be 011 - 49 - city code here without the 0 (zero) - then phone number.
