Tried a few times today too dial Canada today, one attempt too germany, two or three rings, then I get a recording that states too try again later. I tried too call canada earlier this morning, then about 10 min. ago I tried too call Germany, Lines still busy....... |

Did you check you calling history? Is there a charge for these calls? |

You shouldn't have been charged for calls to Canada, as it's part of the free calling area. |

are you by chance using the correct dialing sequence? It should be 011 - 49 - city code here without the 0 (zero) - then phone number. |
