Not sure how to interpret this...and can't find any information in either the quick start or user guide...
I just upgraded to the VT2542 and the phone port lights on the front sometime flash green and then sometimes flash yellow. I can't figure out what that means?
When either line is off hook, it changes to flashing green. But I have two lines and they seem to be either green or yellow and I can't figure out why that is.
When the phone port light blinks yellow, it is an indication to you that you have received a new or unheard voicemail message. You should also hear a stutter tone when you take your phone off the hook when there is a voicemail message.
