I have Vonage as my home line and using a SoftPhone with my PC. My only problem is that some of my full screen programs cause the softphone to mis-behave.
Is there an IP based desk phone that works with the softphone option? I'm looking for something that I could plug in to an RJ45 connection, setup the vonage username\password and go. Maybe one of the Cisco phones?
Thanks for any advise.

I use the Grandstream Budge Tone 102. It is not expensive. |

I use the Cisco voip phones for work and admin one call manager. I was into researching this a while back, and found a site that said you can load code into the cisco phones and they will support the SIP protocol.
Sounded like a lot of effort when you can buy one made for this. Now if you had a need for many Vonage devices, that may justify the reson to go thru that trouble. |

Try http://www.voipsupply.com they have good deals and usually stock the hardwired "rj45" and the newer WiFI SIP phones. |
