1.) Yesterday I had to call Vonage Costumer Support and was very pleased with their service. Extremely fast and efficient Support with some bonus's. Very Happy

2.) I have not been to my web account in a Long time and had to go their yesterday and noticed the newly added feature anonymous caller block.. Yay Very Happy Very Happy

I don't know if these two improvements came too late for some, but I for one am happy that I decided to hang in there.

I know the first one was a reflection of damage control.. been long in coming for some customers. Perhaps some Big Companies can learn from other's that in the long run, the money saving efforts will cost more in the end.

Maybe they should have a li'l research team compare the cost of Out of the Country Support vs Lost Customers... Dollar for Dollar.

ok im just wondering why u spend so much time in a vonage forum?
there is really no point and nobody cares what vonage customers think anyway...and yes i work for them and vonage ****. and im also from bay city michigan....get a job plz

Sorry to disappoint your observation about my postings.

This forum cares about vonage customers because this is Exactly what it is for.

I do not care whom You work for, Also I don't care that you live in Bay City Michigan. Another wrong observation, I do not live in Bay City Michigan..
Oh and one more wrong observation. I do have a job.

Perhaps next time you post comments you can get maybe one thing right?
