My cycle date is the 27th; if I look at my log of outgoing calls, it shows a total of 33 minutes used. Yet, if I look at the billing section, it states 36 minutes used. I haven't used any * features, no forwarding, transferring, conferencing, etc....
This may not seem like a big problem yet, but a 10% discrepancy at the end of the month could cost me a bit, as I am on the 500 minute plan, as most of my calls are incoming...
Any ideas/suggestions?? |

Not sure how this Vonage system works ..I do use skype for instant messaging or calling sometimes with my family otherwise its Rhubcom's appliance ( see my sign ) which I use for all callings or conferencing purposes. |

I believe they are billing on GMT time so that could be the problem. When you think it is only 11:30 pm in Ontario for example it is 4:30 am so it is the start of the new day.
Did you call Vonage and confirm? |

Hi friend, First you have to get the details of your account from the service provider and check perfectly. |
