You can buy a cellphone that's less than 1/4"thick... if someone made a similar flip
Voip
phone that we could use on
Vonage
I'd buy it in a heartbeat... does anyone know of one currently being sold??

You won't find a
Voip
phone as small/thin/light as a RAZR or other thin cell phone because WiFi needs more power than either CDMA or GSM (cell phones) and as a result has a bigger battery. A bigger battery makes the phone bigger/thicker.
I use a UTStarcom F3000 flip phone with a
Vonage
soft phone account. It works well. It won't work with a
Vonage
primary account because
Vonage
does not provide the details needed to administer it - they only support main accounts on
Vonage
branded and controlled devices. This phone would work with "any" BYOD
Voip
service - including the
Vonage
Soft Phone.
You can get them at voipsupply.com. I have seen them on eBay as well - new and used.
