On average how long does it take Vonage to ship out your router (adapter)? I am on day 4 and it still shows pending. Thank you

It varies from customer to customer depending on where the device is being shipped to. It ships FROM New Jersey (USA). I received my adapter in 5 days from NJ to NV.

If you ordered the cheap adapter, you may never get it. We recently (7/17) opened a new account and ordered the 49.99 adapter with 2 day shipping. We are moving out of the country on Tuesday and were hoping to get it before then. When we called to inquire on when it would be shipped, we were told (after 7 phone calls and lots of lies and frustration) that they do not have any of those adapters in their inventory and they don't know when they will. My guess is it will ship right after their 30 day money back guarantee expires.

We are currentlly disputing the charge through our bank and have no intention of ever activating the account.
