I posted this in the wrong forum. Sorry. I am posting it here, where it belongs.

I have to share this with everyone in the forum. I am outraged by the service I received from DHL, the transport provider of Vonage. Their service is BAD to the point I had to drive for 2 hours to get the box myself. Their tracking site pretended that they went 3 times for a delivery and that there were no one home but I saw no one here!

Here is the post I sent to Vonage's customer support. I'll let everyone know how this turns out!

I would like to complain about the service I received from DHL. I called them several times over the last week to arrange for the delivery of the Linksys unit.

Although I stayed home every day, they never showed up. Their tracking site says that they went each day, which is totally false.

I called them and they said that this sometimes happend, as they do not have control on the warehouses.

I finally had to go to the warehouse myself to pick-up the unit. This is a rather long drive (2 hours back and forth with traffic jam).

At the warehouse, I complained. I was told that this sometimes happend, that this is the driver's fault and that there was nothing they could do about this!

Now. I am angry about waisting my time driving 2 hours to get a box that should have been delivered to my house.

So I request 2 things:

1- DHL must give us justifications on this. Disciplinary actions have to be taken on the drivers who did not do their job.
2- DHL did not deliver the box. I had to drive. I request compensation for this.
