In 2 different accounts, simul-ring settings are not being applied.
Turned it off in one account, but the remote phone is still ringing.
Enabled it in another account, but the remote phone fails to ring.
Anyone else seeing this? (first time I've seen this happen, and I use simul-ring almost every day) |

Although I am not having this issue, I just wanted hopefully add to your cause by saying that my SimulRing will not ring my numbers until 3-4 rings into the call.
Maybe there is a glitch in the SimulRing system? |

The problem in my original post eventually cleared up, but I do see exactly what you're describing, quite frequently. The first line rings 3 or 4 times before the simul-ring number rings at all. Since we have the voicemail set to picks up on about the 5th ring, I frequently get only 1 ring on the other number before voicemail grabs it.
And it's not just external pots or cell numbers. I see the SAME problem simul-ringing another Vonage number.
