how hard is it to cancel service

It took 3 calls (they kept disconnecting me) on hold for 15-20 min each, finally had to listen to a sales rep pleading me to stay for 10 minutes just kept on saying "yes" "no" etc and finally after being on the phone for over an hour I'm rid of them! Good service when it worked but if you have to call you're in trouble. I've always been the phone hours before my problem is fixed. Not to mention all the people you can't understand and repeating your problem and procedures for each person. I think they are not far behind SunRocket!

it is only hard to cancel if there are termination fees attached to the cancellation of account and of course to get hold of account management.

Simple. Call and say "I'm done". Then pay the termination fees.
