Post subject: Is it possible to keep the phone number if i cancel vonage?
I bought my
Vonage
phone 4 monthes ago and i am not happy with the sound quality when i make calls and receive calls, it is either i can not hear people very well or people can not hear me, i tried to get help from the
Vonage
technic support but it doesnt seem to solve the problem! i am using this
Vonage
telephone and fax number as business numbers, my clients already know these number so i dont want to change the number, but i feel like i really should cancel the
Vonage
phone because i can not even talk properly, can anyone tell me how can i keep the phone numbers when i want to cancel it?
Thanks!

Post subject: Port to BT
Inward number porting is now available, so outward porting should be too. As far as I am aware
Vonage
only have agreements with BT.
So you could contact BT.......thats if you want BT.
