Okay. Really dumb question, but how do I access my Vonage D-Link VOIP device from my home phone?
I would like to find out what it's IP address is.
I know how to do it with a Linksys.
Can I do it with D-Link? |

Yeah, that didn't work.
I am using an Airport Extreme, if that helps at all.
Thanks for your quick response.
Can I call the device from my phone and get the info, like I can on a Linksys PAP2? |

I assume that you're talking about the D-Link VTA. If there's a way to do what you want, I'm not aware of it. However, you should be able to log on to your router and check its routing table to find the address assigned to the VTA. |

That device does not support phone access like the PAP2. |

D-Link VTA
To obtain the IP address of the D-Link VTA:
1. Pick up the phone connected to the Phone1 port of the D-Link VTA. This must be a phone that supports Caller-id.
2. Dial *11
3. The IP address will appear on the Caller-id display. |

That did it!
Thank you so much.
Now that I can access the device, it's asking for a password.
I have never accessed it before, so I tried "admin", but no luck.
Do you have any idea of the factory default Username and Password?
Thanks, also, to all of you, for your help. |
