Post subject: New account..question
OK: everything came yesterday, and was basically plug and play. Worked like a charm yesterday.
Seemed to be working fine today; as I checked from work, I was receiving calls. I even got a call when I got home from work.
However, whenever I MAKE a call, I get a fast busy. Meaning I can't make a call.
Not a good sign for my 2nd day of service. I would really, really like it if this service works; but if I can't make outgoing calls...that's pretty lame.
I'm in CT, by the way.

I'm an idiot...I have to get used to this 11 digit dialing thing, don't I?
FWIW; I emailed support and they called me within 10 minutes. I'm impressed.
