Why is Vonage Not Customer Driven? New Features

Vonage do NOT listen to what there Customers Want,
even contacting the CEO is a waste of time they do not have the courtesy to Reply.

Features AnonyMous Call Block With Voice Promp??
we still do not have this excellent feature.

Vonage should be looking at what some of their Award winning competitors are doing.

I will not mention them this any all this is a Vonage sponsored Forum shame they will not get their act together.
