Post subject: Port out problem!

will not release my number back to AT&T, even though all protocal was done. It has been since 6/5/07. 6/11 spoke with Jean, she said she was writing up a ticket to expedited the port. 6/14Min told me to give AT&T
portout@

.com. AT&T is getting rejections. Since I joined

, they automatically ported me with out me being set up with your phone device. I have had NO phone service since 6/5 and have small children who have a sitter in the home. I have no way to call and check on them, and made alternative arrangements so she can at least contact me in case of emergency. Which did happen on Friday. YOur lack of cooperation is literally putting my family at risk.
When I went to sign up, I was asked if I had high speed interenet, I do through my laptop and a cell card. That is all that is available in the area that I live. I should have been asked if I have a modem, which I do not and your device is not compatiable.
Release the number 262-677-4611 to At&T as requested. I am ready to file a complaint with the PSC and better business bureau.
