After trying to talk English to customer support, and we all know how difficult that is most times, and wasting 15 minutes on BS I was finally told that they know about the issue supposedly and are working on it.
I just don't understand how the question "I am having trouble logging into my control panel" turned into India support telling me "I was using the wrong password or username" after I clearly stated I could NOT log in at all.
Vonage is cheap in every aspect of the company. They don't even have a status page for technical issues.
