Unable to log on to Click 2 Call.

For the second day in a row Click 2 Call is unusable. Today I can't log on. Yesterday I could log on but it rang the Vonage Phone but delayed the connection to the called phone. Until I got a Vonage busy signal. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

I tried it and I can't log on either.

I called tech support and was transferred to level 2. I was told to unplug my cable modem and my Linksys Vonage Router for 2 minutes and then plug them back in. I knew this wouldn't solve the problem, but I did it anyway. I was right it never worked. I was told if that didn't work then to press the reset button on the back of the linksys adapter. I am not going to do that, then I have to reconfigure my adapter all over again.

I am going to call them back again. I also mentioned that Vonage talk wasn't working and I had the same answer for that piece of crap.

Well I called back and got directed to level 2, I was told that his click 2 call is working. He transferred me to level 3 in NJ, well after waiting a few minutes on hold I explained to buddy what the problem was and he put me back on hold. He came back and told me that his supervisors isn't working either. Now that they have a known issue on this they will work on it. I told him about the guy on level 2 said his works and didn't have an answer for me. I also told him that Vonage talk isn't working. He said they are probably on the same server.

actually right now vonage click to call is not working..i have talked to an agent and told me that the engineers are working on it..as for now i really don't know when click to call can be used

I was not given a time frame when it will work.

yes mine is now up and running also.
