I had that problem with a (non-
Vonage
) Linksys router for awhile - certain pages would take forever to load. Finally Linksys updated their router formware and it fixed the problem. I recall something in the release notes about addressing this specific problem.
It may be more complicated to solve the problem with your device since both the manufacturer and
Vonage
have to "touch" the firmware to get it to you. If this problem really bothers you, your best solution might be to get a router-only device and connect your computer and the
Vonage
device directly to this new router.

set a static ip on your PC.
click start>>control panel>>network connections>>right click on local area connection>>select properties>>select (highlight internet protocol TCP/IP>>select properties.
IP address: 192.168.15.2
Subnet : 255.255.255.0
Gateway:192.168.15.1
after this pull-up an internet explorer>>type 192.168.15.1 on address bar
you should have the router page of the
vonage
device.
username/password:
vt2142 or vt2442:router/router
goto advanced>>port forwarding>>DMZ>enable DMZ and the ip address:192.168.12.2
linksys:admin/admin
goto applications and gaming>>DMZ
you mentioned that you have this prob for a specific website only. is this a secured website or VPN? if this is the case you can instead try port forwarding so that your pc is not open to attacks

thanks for the help. as my mobo has 2 NICs. i figured out how to ICS with them. i have
vonage
working that way now. not the way i prefer. but will work for now. i have contemplated on buying a router/hub. would make things much easier. btw, the webpage is just a standard webpage. not secure or anything. once again, thanks for the suggestions. might give it a week or so and put it back to original configuration and see if i get lucky. thanks.

Post subject: try
try adjusting your bandwidht in your bandwidth saver in your
vonage
online account..maybe your
vonage
phone is eating up all the bandwidth and your internet side can't use some..
wat is your ISP??maybe you have a static or PPPoE..you should set it up..try opening the web utility of your IP8100...(i think its 192.168.15.1)..its the default for your IP of your IP8100..that is if you did not change the ip..
