Only shows on a search result or on the "site map"

When you go thru the ordering screens/process, and get to the "choose hardware" step - the vta isn't one of the choices.

Unloading the VWR "while supplies last" is a good thing IMHO. They couldn't even pay me to take one of them.

the Dlink VTA-VR has been very reliable for me. It worked perfect the day I took it out of the box and has been doing so ever since.

In fact most of the people who I know who have it think it is the most reliable equipment of its type they have ever had.

Mine is hooked into a Linksys WRT-54G router and the two have worked great since they have been matched up.

I would highly recomend that you not buy a adaptor router combo but instead get a router of your own choosing and then the Dlink-VTA-VR Adaptor. Which you can buy at target, amazon, walmart, or ebay. Several people are selling them on ebay for $10.00 plus shipping. Just make sure they are brand new in a sealed package and never used before.

There are at least 4 sellers on ebay that have bought a bunch of new ones at compusa stores that were going out of business and are now reselling them at a greatly discounted price. But even at that I saw them at Walmart for about $30.00.

Just to clarify...

I use and like the VTA

It's the VWR that should be avoided

You can also buy the Dlink VAT-VR Adaptor which is an adaptor only at www.amazon.com and it qualifies for free shipping and is guaranteed new and previously unused.
