Hello,
I've been posting for the last several months here to try and lend a hand where I can.
I am now officially a former Vonage Advanced Technical Support employee, and will be happy to offer insight and suggestions on how to resolve your issues.
I will not, however, divulge any specific information or confidential information that we were not able to give out when I was still an employee.
I worked for Vonage from August 2006 until May 2007, and have an extensive knowledge of the ticketing systems, etc. |

Sorry to hear that you've left them. It's always nice having a few active Vonage troubleshooters on board. Even so, I'm sure your great advice will continue to help a lot of folks. |

I caught your post on "just try cancelling your service," which prompted me to call today instead of just letting it hang.
So, why did you decide to leave? Were you let go with the downsizing or did you "see the handwriting on the wall?"
