I am helping a non-profit use Vonage for IP-PBX.
My computer is set up as a IP PBX server using 3CX software.
Though I can't establish a connection with Vonage because I do not have the Vonage IP to register with. Would that be vonage.com? |

I wouldn't think that Vonage would make the actual domain name of their SIP proxy servers available for general registration. Also you are very unlikely to have the authentication credentials available when sending the SIP-register message |

Vonage's standard offering is an analog phone adapter. They offer SIP credentials as a softphone account add-on, which would work but is probably not what you are looking for.
There are some resellers offering a "Vonage Business Plus" for SIP trunking.
Since you have already have IP pbx, you way want to look into providers that allow you to BYOD (bring your own device), for example, Callcentric or Broadvoice. |
