I have a problem that I cannot seem to get anyone to understand when I call customer support. Everyone acts like they are idiots and they lie to me. I want to talk to someone in management. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Is it a technical problem?
If it is, I would recommend posting a thread in the general forum with the specifics of your problem as outlined in the stickied topic there. Many of the posters on this forum are very knowledgeable about Vonage and Voip and can assist you with many problems, in the past even providing answers to questions that have stumped the official Vonage tech support. If the posters here cannot provide you with a fix, they can at least tell you exactly what you need to say to Vonage tech support to get them to understand/fix your issue.

If it is a billing or other issue, well obviously this is not something that we can assist you with here. Normally a good rule of thumb for resolution to issues of this type is to insist on being transferred up the customer service chain until you are talking to their NJ office. They speak English and are normally able to help you a lot more than the overseas customer service is. If you are willing to wait for them to contact you I hear the forum "Contact Support" link gets special attention from their NJ office, though I have personally not used it my self to confirm that, it would be at least worth a shot in your case.

what mstylin describes is my experience, too. It took me more than a year to get a qualified answer by email. Now they promised a supervisor would look into the matter - but again: I have not heard back from them for more than two weeks!
Customer service really needs to brush up their "politics" and think more customer oriented. My impression is: they do not really care or even want to help you out with your troubles and complaints.

I finally got my issue resolved by asking to speak to someone in New Jersey. I found that everyone I had been talking to were in the Phillipines. So I asked if they could connect me to someone in the US and they did connect me to someone in New Jersey and the matter was resolved within a matter of minutes.
