Post subject: Vonage Coupon with existing equipment
Hi,
I have a coupon for 2 months free service, but on the website they force my to buy equipment. I already have equipment, so how can I avoid not buying the equipment but getting my 2 months for free? I'm a new customer who's never signed up with
Vonage
before.
If
Vonage
were offering the DLink VTA-VR then I'd get it, but the last thing I need is yet another router!
Theres not much point for me to pay $15 for shipping for something I don't even want/need.
Any ideas appreciated.

Did you buy your equipment at a store? There is a link on the
vonage
site to activate your retail equipment.

I really don't know about the coupon. Where did you receive the coupon? You could try the the link above and possibly it asks you for some sort of coupon code or something during the process but I don't really know so that is just a guess. You may have to call them to get your situation figured out.

You will do best by calling this number: 1-888-510-1820 and explain your situation. They have been known to give the best sign up deals.
