For the past hour or so, calls inbound are not ringing through. Callers report hearing perpetual ringing on their end, but our phones are not ringing, they are not rolling to the Network Availability number, nor are they rolling over to voicemail either. The calls seem to be routed to nowhere.
Anyone else seeing this issue? There are no service announcements on the account dashboard. |

I just received a call a few minutes ago and it was fine. |

Seems to be intermittent now, as a call just got through. However, while I was on that call, another one came in but did not roll to voicemail. (I got the number from caller ID and called them back, and they reported perpetual ringing, no voicemail.) |
