I Live in Edmonton Alberta, Anonymous Call Block has been out for two weeks, IT DOESN'T Work Here. I Have talked to Tech Support and their Excuse is that it can't be Fixed. Other Vonage Users How's Anonymous Call Block does't work call Tech Support and Complain Especially if your from Alberta. |

It works. Keep in mind that ACB only works for people that are ACTIVELY blocking their caller ID, like using *67.
If they aren't using caller ID - or it's basically coming up as a number, no name, or private caller, ETC - than it will not be affected by ACB.
This only restricts calls from people using *67. |

NOCT is correct the person calling has to have their caller ID blocked by using *67. The person calling gets a message stating the person you are calling does not accept calls from people who have blocked their caller ID, please hang up and disable caller id block. (Well something like that) Some doctors offices use this feature so if you expect a phone call from a doctor not a good feature to use. |

Good Day,
When Someone is calling me they are using *67 the call still goes through to me. Vonage can see that in my account dashboard. Further, when I call from my Rogers Cell phone and I block the Call the call will still goo through to me.
Guy, Doesn't work for me |

Not sure what the problem is, just double check that you have it enabled. |
