If you are going to be using only one line at a time, you shouldn't have problems if you have a quality DSL connection and you get the speeds that are advertised. You can access the bandwidth saver option by logging into your online account and going to features. Try using the 30 or 50kbps option to cut down on the amount of upload speed you use. Again, I don't notice much of a quality difference in the different settings. Just the volume seems to be a little louder when using a higher setting. The 90kbps, which is the default, will probably work fine unless you are using a lot of bandwidth with your computer(s) while talking on the phone. Again, all you can do is try with your new connection and try to make adjustments from there. When you do get your new DSL line up, I would recommend running a Voip speed test to see how good your connection is from the start. Good Luck
