Post subject: Temp # Problems
I recently switched my business line over to
Vontage
and I have been very impressed with the service I have received so far. There is one thing that is really bothering me though. Sometimes when clients call the temp number, all they get is a fast busy signal. This is not all the time, but it happens enough that is becoming a problem. I have called
Vontage
technical support, but everytime they try the number it magically seems to work (just my luck)
. I have a netgear router and have forwarded all of the ports to the Cisco ATA. I have NO problems at all when it comes to making calls, only when people call the number. I just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
Thanks!

Hello Viper2864 and welcome to
Vonage
Forum.
A fast busy is a network busy, and is very uncommon.
You should however email
Vonage
CS the moment it happens again with the call details (calling from number, time, date...).
Put your account number and a brief discription in the subjct line.
I hope this helps.
