I just used it and it works great! This is really going to be handy for me, because I never can get my fax machine to fax out with the Voip service. If it is only on or two pages I don't have a problem, but any more then that I get errors. Its not the fax machine, because this is my second one and still the same. I can get fax with no problem.
I tried the V-Fax twice and it worked for me. However, on my end, I got the message that there was an error. But the faxes were actually received both times.
I thought it was great, you even get a copy by email saying it was sent. I really will use this. I need to do so more work with it. I need a way to scan what I need faxed with a cover letter. I just something I will have to set up, not sure how yet and will take any ideas.
yes I noticed that as well, it is supposed to recognize Open Office. I just saved mine as a doc file. When I use Open Office, I usually always save as a doc or excel file, because office doesn't recognize the other format and I need them for work.
