Is your only problem with the HBB1 the inability to access it's admin console? Does the device seem to work regardless of your ability to access the admin console? Does your internet and Vonage work with the HBB1 hooked up?
I know that the HBB1 works when I make or receive a call and the blue BOOST light remains steady (or flickers very little) while I'm on the call.
ImpetusEra is correct. You should call or e-mail Hawking's tech support via the number & e-mail that's on the page I gave you in my initial reply. I think they'd be more adept at helping you with this perplexing problem. If everything is hooked up and working properly, there's no reason why you SHOULDN'T be able to access the HBB1's admin console.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help to you. |

Yes, it does work. However, it disconnects me way too often, because its Automatic Upstream Detection gets triggered. So I need to turn it off.
Thanks anyway, guys. |
