the click 2 call (and 3pcc) outage continues. Now, here are some details.

they are not updating servers, but updated servers and this was an "unforeseen side effect"

There is still NO ETA as to when it will be fixed.

Click-2-Call was one of the features that won me over to Vonage as I use it extrensively on a daily basis. My main use is via MS Outlook.

Is anyone aware of an alternative method? Alternatively, is there another Voip service provider that integrates with MS Outlook?
