Not sure how to describe what I'm seeing...
When I open a forum thread, it loads two or three times in succession, clearing to the blank gradient background in between. If I watch the browser address bar the URL doesn't change in between.
IE6 on Wndows XP Pro, if that matters.
The first time I tried to post this here a couple of minutes ago it flickered a couple of times but never loaded the message text window - just the subject box and the instuctions.
I don't know enough about PHP to be able to guess at the cause, but I'd guess there's something fooe in the DB or DB software at the moment. |

I sort of see a slight flicker, but it's too fast for me to really see it.
Running IE7 on WinXP SP2. |

It stopped right when I first posted about it. |

Right around the time you both posted (I really need and enjoy the feedback) I was rebooting the Apache (web servers) because the log files needed resetting... I am *guessing* (hoping) this might have been the issue. |

Dan,
Just for follow up, I haven't seen this issue again since then. Seems it truly may have been Apache. |
