So, the Vonage softphone on my Mac is having some serious issues. First, it crashes after ever call (that is assuming I get to make any calls). Like clock work this program dies when I hang up, or when the other person hangs up, or if I look at it wrong, it crashes . Now, for some unknown reason I can't hear anything, though the people I call can hear me. I would say this happens about 95% of the time. The other 5% seems to work, though I always know that when I am done with my call the program will crash, and I will not be able to hear anything for a while.
Am I the only one with this issue? I have a Intel Core Duo MacBook Black.
I know this can work, and sometimes I can even get the sjphone softphone to work (long story, but it only seems to connect to Vonage when the x-pro software cannot). I even tried the x-lite 3.0 software, and it seems to do the same thing as well. (so I don't know if it Vonage, the program, or my laptop)
That said, I can skype-out all day long.

Hi
First of all check the required bandwidth on the computer and there is no loss of packet and latency when using the computer.
You can also use the diagonostic tools to the sip signal ...
Most bad connection and bandwidth cause these kind of issues...Check with your ISP for bandwidth
