The application you're looking for is easy for any business-class Voip provider. Unfortunately, Vonage is set up to handle consumers and very small businesses.
When you get to the larger phone systems, incoming and outgoing calls are handled totally differently. Incoming numbers often come in on the exact same channel, with different information in the header so the business' phone system knows where to send the call. Likewise, outgoing calls go out on the next available channel. These channels don't have actual phone numbers assigned to them. In the case of incoming, the headers determine what # the call is coming in on, on outgoing, they're all treated the same and get the company's main number slapped on them. |
