It is easier to complain then to say how good something is. Works the same as in retail, the manager only hears how bad they were treated and hardly if ever does a person go and say to the manager how helpful a staff member was. |

They worked on that whole back end thing...
I recently ported one of my numbers out and they were able to do the primary and additional line switch while I was on the call, just make sure you talk to someone at corporate, i don't think they give the outsource reps the access |

have same experience since i like the 2nd line phone number better than the primary line..the agent which is from Asia just swapped 2 numbers and removed the once primary line..i believe account management is next to corporate in terms of complex modification in the account |

You got to love the cunningness of Vonage when it comes to cancelling their service. The sad thing is that by doing so they show me that they just want to have you paying for the service even though you are not satisfied, just as long as they are getting you money then everything else does not matter. Maybe I shouls list the reasons I want to cancel:
1)1 out of 10 call I make or receive has extremely poor sound quality. 2)I cannot dial a majority of 1 800 numbers. 3)they charge a ridiculous amount for 411 assistance. 4)Their phone adapter affects my downloads. 5)Their caller id service is not really caller id as it normally just gives you a number with no name. 6)customer service hold time is pathetic. 7)I was offered a 30 day trial but it turned out to be a 19 day trial.
And the list goes and I think I have gotten used to some of the problems. I guess you get what you pay for. |
