I've had great success with Vonage last spring. Happy customer.

This morning during calls had interference in the form of a loud cliking sound, now no dial tone, only clicking. calls still come in but can't talk. Tried rebooting Vonage box and connecting several different phones directly to the Vonage box without change. Anyone else had this clicking thing and remember the fix?

Charlie. You hear the clicking noise on your phone. Do you have dial tone at all? Also what is the Voip adapter model? is it the Motorola vt1000? or the rt31p2 from linksys?

The clicking is normally a hardware issue and the only fix is to replace the device.
