It is somewhat surprising that Citron is acting CEO in light of the fact that he left that position right before the IPO - supposedly because of conditions of his settlement with the SEC and NASD over a scam when he worked for online trader Datek.
He was asked about this during the most recent conference call and basically said "no comment".
Citron should not be allowed to be a CEO because he was barred by the SEC in 2003 after being CEO of Datek. Here we are with the fellow as the CEO now, I remember during the stock debacle that people were asking why you would ever buy anything from a guy that was barred from the SEC. However now he is the CEO, and looks as if no one is speaking about it....
