Any reason for the difficulties in logging into an existing account? It's been very hit or miss the last couple of days. In the past 2 years I haven't has as much trouble as I have experienced in the last 4 days. Phone still working 100% with no problems, but I can't manage my account features without logging in, so this is a pain. |

and what are the times... .8 PM pacific to 6 AM eastern? or what? Just saying sporadically down until 6 AM Eastern does not help plan. does it go down at 5 PM eastern? |

I could log in this morning but only get to parts of my account ... such as I could get to features, referrals, voicemail, but not to the call history. "Call Activity information is temporarily unavailable. This information should be available shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience." At least that is a better message than the message the last few days saying my user id / password isn't found, and not even allowing a "reset" if indeed I had forgotten the credentials. (which I hadn't) BTW, voice mail called from the Vonage phone line itself is "busy" more often than not this morning, so had to listen via the web.
Maybe this verizon stuff is causing a lot of fast churning and I can hope things return to normal soon. Service has been great and I'm generally very happy. BTW, I just made another referral who hopefully can get signed up during the court's stay. |

Lucky you.... my phone is out. Called Vonage - turns out network issues...
I'm in Canada - is this a North America issue? |

I can't even get Vonage.com home page to come up now, and several incoming calls have hit the cell (network availability number) although we can call outbound without any problems. |

When I have log in, the dashboard says that call activity information is unavailable. The activity and billing tabs don't work either. It has been like that all day for me. |

i think it has nothin' to do with the verizon litigation.. Vonage peepz are just probably doin' some maintenance.. try loggin' in again guyz, was able to log-in a few hours ago..  |
