I called Brinks about my system here in Houston (it's 15 years old), and they said they would come out and replace the entire system and make it Voip workable at no charge, as long as I signed a new 3-year contract. I've had them for 15 years already, so no big deal. I'll post again when I get it all running and advise on how it works.
Hey guys, I noticed people having trouble with old security systems and Vonage. I wanted to let you know of my success with the Protector Plus - which is a wireless alarm system I set up myself from X10.
