We're out in the Space Coast of Florida (321)
My service has slowly degraded in the last few weeks. I really wish I hadn't prepaid for the year. |

Is there a way to change setting to your voicemail or call forwarding if you cannot log into Vonage's website? Most time, more so lately, whenever they are experiencing problems....thier website goes down too and then the settings are "stuck". Is there a way I can dial in to change or cancel a call forwarding or diable or enable voicemail? |

I live in Central Iowa (515) everything is working fine right now. WE had a Vonage outage for about and hour and a half yesterday then it came right back up and worked fine. But, today all is well so far.
There is an announcement on the account page that says they are aware that some customers may have no dial tone and are working on the problem. |

Well, while others came up, we just went down in NY (845). I just got a cell call from the wife this morning (Friday @ 11am eastern) about our phone saying "no network connectivity" or "not provisioned" when you pick up the receiver.
My account also has the "we know some of you have no dial tone" message as well. |

Yes....I can connect via the internet to the Vonage web site but that is what I was referring to before. I cannot log into my account at all. I want to change some settings.....but can't unless someone knows of a way to do this not via the internet but the phone. |

I am beginning to wonder if they are trying to install some kind of work around system relating to the Verison problem.
I find it suspicious that these problems have cropped up in the last few days relative to todays hearing in the case.
I hope they have a workaround and that is what they are doing. I like my Vonage and all the money it saves me!!! |

I'm in Green Bay, WI (920). I had one phone call this morning and it seems to be ok. But not too long ago the Vonage line got 3-4 unknown calls in a row right after the other. I answered twice nobody was there.
Also the cell phone starting ringing too with a private caller. Both phones were ringing at the same time. Either someone is trying to play a practical joke on me or something strange with Vonage is going on.
The Vonage online account doesn't seem to be logging in right now. Kinda what happened a few weeks ago.
*update * well incoming phone calls ring in but nobody is there or they get disconnected. I'm calling them back via cell phone. I've been a customer with Vonage for 1 year now no problems *until* the last month. |
