Yup, keeps bouncing me back to the login page too.
Clearly, they're overwhelmed.
Someone on /. suggested now is a good time to call the retention department and "negotiate" a deal.  |

With Vonage, the web account is critical. Without it, you can't change your call forwarding settings. Still not sure why they've not created star codes for this feature like most telcos and some other Voip providers have done. Then again, still waiting for Anonymous Call Rejection. |

I live in TX and have not had a dial tone for 3 days. intermittently have been able to receive a call, but otherwise no dial tone. Have talked with customer service X 1 via phone from work. Have emailed customer service X 4 with the same reply reboot devices and it should work, of course if it doesn't contact us again. I am getting tired of not having phone service. any suggestions beth |
