Been having the same symptoms as shelby_jes and
ijourneaux - (Green Bay 920). I've had to call back people with my cell phone to talk with them. Incoming Vonage calls nobody is there. Then my cell phone will ring shortly after cause it's setup to be used when the Vonage service isn't working right. But nobody there as a result by then.

I run a home business (Computer Repairs & Solutions) so this isn't good. Thanks for the posters that are calling tech support and finding out more detailed information. This is about the same time 2-3 weeks ago that this happened as well.

Service appears to be restored, atleast for my number. Again, I'm using a 262 area code number, in city of West Allis, using Time Warner.

Vonage might have fixed their issue, please everyone update their status.

(715 area code)

Service seems to be restored here (Green Bay 920) did a test phone from my cell phone. Online account logon still is down.

My Service was restored here in the UK at at 10.30pm GMT UK time last night.
I called Vonage today and they told me that 'Proxy S' was affected by service outage, and my line was on that proxy. My parents Vonage line was OK and never failed at all, they must be on a different proxy.

I had poor voice quality and no voice mail access for a couple of hours this morning in central Florida. It seems to be all right now.

I am down in South Florida. I am unable to log in to my web account. My phones are working. I called Vonage and was told that they are aware of the problem and that the engineers are working to correct it. I was not given an expected time for the problem to be corrected.

Ditto. Web site was OK, but it took 5 minutes to log in. Then clicked over to billing and the log in page came up again. Duh. This time it was faster, only 4 minutes to log in.

Good customer service might be a banner explaining difficulty in logging in. Would keep customers from assuming the worst.
