My service here in NJ area code 732 just came back on. Judging by my voicemail times it was down about 2 1/2 hours. The voicemail is very slugish but otherwise it seems to be working. |

I am in UK and just got my dial tone back..........when I mailed my dad who is about 25 miles away (in a different area code also) he said their Vonage service is fine and no loss of service at all. maybe different segments/servers on the Vonage network were down. |

I'm up now too
Wonder if we can get some kind of credit for being down for so long
I am going to try and ask but Vonage has the WORST customer service. |

one or two of the servers apparently went down, now everything seems to be okay. |

Not sure if I lost service or not here in Canada, phone never rang and I never tried to call out.
Good luck getting a credit for 2 hours of no service.
Instead of using your cell phone calling Vonage try using the Vonage Talk, I think that will still work. |

My service was actually out for more than 2 hours and my business revolves around my phone so I plan to throw a pretty big fit |

It would be no difference if the power was out, you WON't get a credit. I remember about 15 years ago there was a huge problem with satellites and television was affected for about 2 weeks, there was no way the cable company was giving anyone a credit. |
