judging from the similarity in time spans with outage in NJ 732, it could be a situation that is just starting. I'd reboot everything first including your modem and then if it's still not working, then i'd call the support or send them an email from here (it's on the Vonage forum menu - Vonage information - contact support).

But from the lack of a service announcement, it doesn't appear to be a widespread issue. hope it gets resolved soon for you.
