PostPosted: Thu Apr 05, 2007 1:30 am    Post subject: Automated E-mail Not Received RE: Monthly Charges... Reply with quote Back to top

Has anyone recently NOT received notification that their monthly charge was (or was not) successful recently? I didn't get that notification on the 4th as I usually do when Vonage successfully charges my credit card for the month.

It's not a big deal really. I just went online to the billing page to see that it was successfully charged, but I usually get an automated e-mail saying so just as a reminder. Anyone else had this problem?

EDIT: Before anyone asks, I checked my account settings and my correct e-mail address is on file. Thanks! Smile

Wasn't in my spam folder either. I just -didn't- get it for some reason.

Didn't something happen about a month ago? I found an e-mail in my gmail folder that basically said if I want notices from Vonage I'd actually have to opt-in, and they were stopping the auto matic charge to reduce spam and outgoing emails. Let me see if i can find it....

Found it!

THANKS! I don't remember getting that notification either, but that doesn't mean anything. I may have just skimmed it and deleted it as not important. Your investigative work is much appreciated!
