Been a customer for over a year... very satisified. Very rarely any problems.

Since the Vonage lost that lawsuit... troubles in paradise for my Voip experiment! I'm starting to see dropped calls... callers incoming are reporting "The person you are calling is not available, try again later" messages... all sorts of bad things.

My radar is up, and I'm scouting options at this point.

Anyone else experiencing similiar phenomenon just recently?

Every thing is working just fine for me. I live in Iowa and my ISP is Mediacom. Not the best of high speed providers with a unsteady reputation but, my Vonage works like a charm with no problems.

Every featuer works like clock work.

I have the little uncomplicated D-link VTA-VD phone adaptor. Nothing special but it works great.

My upload speed is 512 and download is 8,000.

No problems here so far (Northeast US, on Comcast). Spent 90 minutes on a con call this morning and I've placed a handful of calls today, all worked perfectly.

Just a coincidence I guess CLM. Anyway, just run a test and if you still experience the same thing. Try calling tech support to report it. Smile

Thanks for the replies.. somewhat reassuring. I'm a bit jumpy perhaps. I'll keep an eye on things.

I've been a Vonage user >3 years. Also use Skype.

Mostly in TX and OK, but traveled with Vonage in VA, PA, MA, MS, among others.

Currently in OK and no problems with domestic calls (Vonage or non-Vonage users) and similarly no problems with calls to/from Europe or Japan.

I haven't noticed any issues in my area, though that ice storm we got a few weeks ago definitely shook down some power lines, but that's not Vonage's fault.

Vonage stock has been going up the last few days again, making it a good turn around stock.

I'm thinking about jumping in and getting some, it's cheap, and even if I bought 100 shares and lost it all, the potential reward outweighs the risk.

No problems with Vonage! Now my ISP (cable TV system) is another story. Lately it moved from my network to my cable TV so I guess that is better. I just get freeze frame pictures. But television rots the brain. Bottom line Vonage is working fine. Smile

I've only been a Vonage customer for about 9 months and I have had absolutely no problems. My ISP is Comcast. When my cable is working properly, my Vonage responds properly. My son also has Vonage and he does a lot of traveling to other countries. He takes his Vonage device with him and we just love being able to communicate without having to pay a high cost. To sum it up, I have no intentions of leaving Vonage.

The question is: Is Vonage leaving us?

I vote no...
