Our apologizes from the above letter if you had read it. We were sarcastic and unprofessional when we wrote the letter and have decided to take down the post. Mr. Connor has provided us with a lead for information that we are seeking, and thank him for all the hard work that he and the rest of the staff at Vonage do for their customers.
Someone was trying to do a research project, didn't hear back in a reasonable time, found a place to vent, and vented. Then they, or someone else working for their firm, realized it looked unprofessional and did a little cleanup.
