Post subject: Straight to vmail and then recieve same call multiple times
Location: Long Island, New York
ISP: Verizon FIOS
Upload and download speeds: 6500 kb/s down, 4200 kb/s up
Vonage
Device: Motorola VT2442
Network: FIOS Modem -> Cisco Router 1720 -> Netgear 1Gb switch ->
Vonage
device -> Phone
Issue:
This happens intermittenly (once a week or so) . Someone calls me and their call goes to voicemail right away. Then a minute or so later I get the call with their Caller ID showing up. I pick up, nothing on the other end. I hang up. A minute or so later, I get the same call again with the same result. This goes on for 5 - 10 times!
However, this does not happen every time, just once in a while. FYI, I have another
vonage
device on my network with the same setup (VT1005V) and it NEVER happens to it.
