I put a sniffer on the segment to confirm this. No traffic is passing. You see the Winows system arp-ing for the MAC address (I tested the LAN port), when trying to http to 192.168.102.1. Even tried to set a static arp entry in windows using the MAC from the sticker on the bottom. No joy!!
