I am having a major problem logging into the Vonage website (secure) area. I need to get in there to forward my phones over but, the website appears to be having "issues". This was happening yesterday as well.

Anyone else noticing this??

Same here. Secure section is all but dead. Taking 30-60 seconds per page load, and twice I've been dropped back out to the login page (after logging in).

Their website has alternated between "slow but acceptable" to "totally unuseable" for weeks. Very frustrating when I'm trying to change simul-ring features when I'm headed out the door and want calls to ring on my cell.

Update: 5:00pm Eastern time, can't get logged in at all. Key in credentials and click Submit, wait 1-2 minutes, get kicked back to login screen. Grrrrrrr...... How many hours does this have to be broken before somebody cares enough to fix it?

Now my phone is stuck forwarding to my office number and has been since yesterday! I keep geting bumped back to the login screen like you guys. Is there a way to get change call forwarding remotely from an outside line?

I called. Apparantly they have no way to change where my calls are forwarded. The only way apparantly is through the website.

Does Vonage have a support team that actually thinks anything out??!!

Right now anyone that calls our support line is getting forwarded to one of our staff that is out in the field doing training!

Luckily, we know how to communicate to our customers (something Vonage seems to have problems with) that there is an issue and to call another number.

See ya later Vonage...we won't be staying much longer...we'll make sure and tell all of our friends about you too!

Ditto. I desperately need to get in and shut off a forwarding rule, but can't get in. Keep getting their Out of Service page claiming they are "upgrading". Yeah, right. I'm willing to bet it's more like they have a few servers down.

Any company with at least a half-clued I.T. department deploys upgrades at night when traffic is low, not in the middle of the day. My head would roll (network admin/engineer by day) if I took a critical service offline during the business day.
